Barsotti Juice Company has been family owned and operated by Gael and Joan Barsotti since 1976.  Son, Michael, joined the juice operation in 2000. Barsotti’s orchard and cider mill are located in famous “Apple Hill” which is at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Northern California.  The Barsotti family takes pride in using crisp, ripe, juicy apples such as Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gravenstein, Gala, Empire, Pink Lady, Rome, Fuji, and other varieties.
